請勿誤導,煩境外人士在台灣使用無線電射頻器材都得向NCC提出申請,如臨時操作證等.
可以私下作eyeball QSO,使用無線電手機則有觸法之虞.如台灣火腿到大陸也是得經過
申請.敬請深思.
